It is important to note that Leather cleaners may remove non-original leather or vinyl dye, and if your leather or vinyl has been repaired or re-dyed, it is recommended to only use a damp towel to clean those areas. Any cleaner will remove the dye, not just Aero Cosmetics' Leather Cleaner. It is important to test a small area for color fastness before cleaning. The product is not suitable for use on suede or rough unfinished leathers.

To clean leather and vinyl, follow these steps: 1. Test an inconspicuous area for color fastness before cleaning. 2. Take two towels and fold them in half twice to make a square. Wet one with fresh water and wring it out until it is only damp. 3. Spray the area to be cleaned with Leather Soap. Only use enough so that it does not drip. 4. Scrub the area with the Aero Scrubber, a soft bristle brush, or a towel. 5. With the damp towel you folded in step 1, wipe the area clean. Each time you wipe, unfold the towel to expose a new clean side until you can no longer see the traces of dirt being left on the towel. 6. Repeat steps 2-4 until you have cleaned the entire area. 7. Take the dry towel and thoroughly dry the area.
